VFC: Information on the 2009 Annual General Meeting
Vinafco Joint Stock Corporation (VINAFCO) announced further information on the 2009 Annual General Meeting as follows:
* Meeting date: 8:00am, Tuesday, March 31, 2010
* Meeting venue: National Convention Center, Me Tri, Tu Liem, Ha Noi
* Participants: The shareholders whose names are in the list of the record date February 26, 2010.
* Contents of the meeting:
- Report on business operations in 2009, and plan for 2010;
- The 2009 audited financial report;
- Report of the Board of Supervisors;
- Report of the Board of Directors;
- The 2009 profit distribution plan; the 2010 profit distribution plan;
- Choosing an auditing company for fiscal year 2010;
- Approving that the BOD Chairman can concurrently hold the postition of Director General of VINAFCO.
- Compensation for the Board of Directors in 2009 and proposal for 2010;
- Plan of raising funds for projects in the period from 2010 to 2014.
