KSH: The BOD’s resolution
Hamico Group Mineral Joint Stock Company (HAMICO GROUP) has announced the BOD’s resolution as follows:
Article 1: Investing in a project to expand production:
* Venue: At space of a factory in mineral processing and selection
* Capital investment: VND12 billion including VND6 billion in stage 1 and VND6 billion in stage 2
* Capacity: 6,000 tons / year in stage 1 (Will be finished and started producing in quarter 1/2010)
Article 2: Approving the plan of managing associate companies:
* Collecting profit from deploying Na Ri Gold Mine: VND500 million – VND1 billion / month (Depending on the effect in the exploitation process)
* Collecting profit from Hamico Packing Factory with limit: VND100 million / month
* Collecting profit from Nam A Hamico Factory with limit: VND200 million / month
Article 3: Holding the 2010 shareholders’ meeting on April 10, 2010:
* Reporting the 2009 business results and the 2010 targets
* Reports of the BOD and the Supervisory Board
* Reporting the 2009 audit statements and the 2009 dividend payment plan
* Compensations for the BOD and the Supervisory Board
* Others
Article 4: Assigning the CEO and departments to implement the resolution.
