Petrovietnam General Service Joint Stock Corporation (PETROSETCO) has announced the buying back of its shares as follows:

* Stock symbol: PET

* Par value: VND10,000/share

* Total volume of treasury stock before trading: 233,500 shares

* Volume registered to buy back: 35,000 shares

* Purpose: Withdrawing shares of employees who ended the employment contract before the term.

* Capital source: The 2009 retained profit

* Expected trading time: From March 12, 2010 to March 20, 2010

* Principle of defining price: On par value

* Trading method: Shares were transferred by Vietnam Securities Depository – HCMC. Branch.
