PPC: The BOD’s resolution

Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company (PLPC) has announced the BOD’s resolution as follows:

* PLPC will contribute capital in EVN International Joint Stock Company with 10% ratio of charter capital of EVN International Joint Stock Company. Total shares is 24,000,000 shares

* Price: VND10,000/share. Total value is VND240 billion (On par value).

* Assigning the CEO to implement the capital contribution and sign a contract under the Law.
