D2D: Explanation for profit fluctuation in Quarter IV/2009

Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No.2 explained the profit in the Quarter IV/2009 Consolidated Financial Statements increased over 5 percent compared to Quarter III/2009:

- Profit in Quarter III/2009: VND8,841,422,296

- Profit in Quarter IV/2009: VND14,351,719,984

- Difference between the two quarters: VND5,510,297,688 (Or 62.32 percent)

Reason: Income from industrial park infrastructure in the last six months was recorded in Quarter IV/2009 with amount of VND7.7 billion and in Quarter III with amount of VND1.63 billion. The difference between two quarters was VND6.07 billion, while there was few fluctuations in operating expense in industrial park and depreciation expense of industrial park infrastructure between the two quarters. Therefore, profit in Quarter IV/2009 was higher than Quarter III/2009.
