TMT: Extended time for the offer to public

TMT Automobile Joint Stock Company (TMT Motor., JSC) has announced a decision of the Chairman of State Securities Committee for approving the time extension of the share offer to public as follows:

Article 1: Approving the time extension of the share offer to public to TMT Automobile Joint Stock Company:

- Short name: TMT Motor., JSC

- Head office: 199B Minh Khai St., Minh Khai Ward, Hai Ba Trung Dist., Hanoi City

- Business License No.0103014956 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi City  first on December 14, 2006 and registered for the fifth change on July 01, 2009.

- Currently charter capital: VND125,775,000,000

Article 2: The license No.476/UBCK-GCN on December 22, 2009 of offering shares to public was extended to April 22, 2010. in the extension time, the company has to finish the share distribution.

Article 3: TMT Motor., JSC has to obey the laws.

Article 4: The decision is valid as from March 09, 2010.

Article 5: The decision was made 04 copies.
