HSI: Information on the annual shareholders' meeting

General Materials Biochemistry Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (MF JSC) has announced information on the 2010 annual shareholders' meeting as follows:

1. Meeting time: 07:30am March 27, 2010

2. Venue: White Palace – 94 Hoang Van Thu St., Phu Nhuan Dist., HCMC.

3. Contents:

- Approving reports of the Directorate on the 2009 business results

- Approving the 2009 financial statements

- Approving the Supervisory Board’ reports

- Approving the plan of the 2009 profit distribution, dividend payment and compensations for the BOD

- Approving the BOD’s reports on the 2010 plans

- Approving the plan of issuing convertible bonds, choosing the 2010 audit firm and the 2010 compensation for the BOD

- Approving the resolution

4. Conditions of attending the meeting:

- All shareholders owning HSI shares were recorded on March 02, 2010.

- Shareholders who can not attend to the meeting can authorize to other only once.

- Shareholders, who will attend to the meeting, please send the attendance confirmation to the company.

- Please bring an invitation letter, an IP and an authorization letter (If any) when attending the meeting.

5. Others:

Documents of the meeting will be posted on www.hsi.com.vn as from March 13, 2010.
