Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company (BSJC) has announced a personnel change as follows:

*Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tuan – a Deputy CEO and the Chief Accountant will not hold the Chief Accountant as from March 15, 2010.

* Appointing Mr. Vo Cong Minh – a Deputy Manager of Finance & Accounting Dept. as the Chief Accountant as from March 15, 2010.

* Appointing Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My as a Member in the BOD to replace Mr. Tran Tan Phat as from March 15, 2010.
