PRUBF1: Personnel change

Prudential Viet Nam Fund Management Company has announced personnel changes as follows:

1. The Chairman of the Member Board and the Legal Representative:

- Appointing Mr. John Inniss Howell as the Chairman of the Member Board and the Legal Representative to replace Mr. Lakshman Kumar Mylavarapu as from March 08, 2010.

- Mr. Lakshman Kumar Mylavarapu will continue being a Member of the Member Board.

2. The Member Board:

- Appointing Mr. Guy Robert Strapp as a Member of the Member Board as from March 08, 2010.

Mr. Alexander John Hambly has not been a Member of the Member Board.
