- Mr. Luu Xuan Toan, Deputy Chief Accountant, has been appointed Chief Accountant with effect since 05/2/2010.

- Mr. Luu Xuan Toan, Chief Accountant, has been appointed Information Disclosure Officer with effect since 10/3/2010.
