2. Name of stock in the Tender Offer: VTV

3. Securities type: Common stock

4. Number of shares held by the acquirer: 557,800 shares (8.58% of Charter Capital)

5. Number of shares to be purchased: 1,300,000 shares

6. Purpose: Increase shareholding

7. Resource for acquisition: Individual resources

8. Tender offer price: VND 40,000/ share

9. Tender Offer Period: 60 days from acepted date of SSC

10. Back-out plan:  Price over than 30% of offer price

11. Trading method: Acquisition through negotiation or quotation
