SDN announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: Dong Nai Paint Corporation

- Stock code: SDN

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 12/02/2010

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 10/02/2010

- Reasons: Second Dividend payment 2009

+ Exercise rate: 7% (Shareholders receive VND 700 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 04/03/2010

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Dong Nai Paint Corporation at: Bien Hoa Industrial Zone 1, An Binh, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province on working days (From Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of SDN on 11/02, 12/02 and 19/02/2010.
