ONE: Explanation for the change of over 5% in operating result in QIV/2009

According to the Financial Statement Quarter IV/2009, net income increased 7.84% compared to Quarter III/2009. One Corporation explained the increase in operating result in QIV/ 2009 as follows:

- The economy has been recovered since the last 6 months of 2009, purchasing demand of state-owned enterprises, local and foreign companies has been increased. Time line for execution of contract from the auction date to the completion is about 5 to 6 months. Therefore, revenue of the company mainly recorded in Quarter IV/2009.

- Foreign exchange rate stablizing instruments of the Government has significantly supported the operation of ONE, a company with 98% of imported products.

- Efforts of management board and the whole employees in widening the company business network.
