SDT: Explanation for the change of over 5% in operating result in QIV- 2009

SDT announces the explanation for the change of over 5% in operating result in QIV- 2009 as follows:

According to the Financial Statement Quarter IV/2009:

- Net Profit of QIII/2009: VND 26,022,847,997

- Net Profit of QIV/2009: VND 41,179,993,484; increased VND 15,157,145,487 (+63%) compared to QIII/2009.

Song Da No.10 JSC explained the increase in operating result in QIV/ 2009 as follows:

- Redemption of provision for investment in stock: VND 12,633,340,000.

- In Quarter IV/2009, the company has called in capital, therefore, gross sales in QIV/2009 is VND 236 bil, increased VND 24 bil compared to QIII/2009, net profit increased respectively.
