CMG: BOD Resolution on Dividend Payment

CMC Corporation announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

1. The Board of Directors unanimously approved to make an advance payment on the 2009 dividend:

* Record date: February 25th, 2010

* Pay-out ratio: 10%/par value (VND1,000/share), in cash

* Payment date: March 12th, 2010

2. The Board of Directors authorized Mr. Ha The Minh and Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh to implement works relating to the 2009 dividend payment.
