ASM: Explanation for the business results in quarter 4/2009

Sao Mai Construction Corporation (SAO MAI CONSCORP) has explained the profit after tax in quarter 4/2009 increased 30% of 03 quarters of 2009 because:

- Some projects built by SAO MAI CONSCORP finished and put into operation in quarter 4/2009.

- Some property projects traded with high effect also were exploited in the last 06 months of 2009: Chau Doc Station Urban & Trading Area, Dat Thanh Doi Trading & Service at Long Xuyen City.
