DHC: Resolution of the Board of Directors

Dong Hai Joint Stock Company of Bentre announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors unanimously approved the second payment of the 2009 dividend:

* Ratio of the 2nd payment: 4% (VND400/share) in cash

* Record date: February 24th, 2010

* Payment date: Expected from March 15th to 30th, 2010

Article 2: The Board of Directors unanimously approved the plan of the 2010 Annual General Meeting:

* Record date: February 24th, 2010

* Meeting date: Expected from March 20th to 30th, 2010. 

Article 3: This resolution takes effect from January 29th, 2010.
