S74: Explanation for the change of over 5% in operating result in QIV- 2009

According to the Financial Statement Quarter IV/2009, net income is VND an increased compared to Quarter III/2009. Song Da 7.04 JSC explained the increase in operating result in QIV/ 2009 as follows:

- According to Decision 2268/QD-DATDSL-BGD dated 09/09/2009 of Head of Unit price- Management Board of Son La Hydropower on the enactment of unit price of construction work of Son La Hydropower Project in 2009, the difference between the provisional unit price in 2008 and the offical unit price in 2009 has caused net income of Q4/2009 increased more than 5% compared to net income of Q3/2009.

- Retrenchment of administrative cost and interest cost lower than those of Q3/2009.
