KMR: Extension time of submitting financial statements

Mirae Joint Stock Company (MIRAE JSC) has informed the extension time of submitting the financial statements of quarter 4/2009 after the merger until March 31, 2010.

Reason: On 25 December 2009, Mirae Fiber Joint Stock Company merged and transferred its shares to MIRAE JSC’s shares. However, to prepare the consolidated financial statements, MIRAE JSC needs an appraisal report from the audited firm. Therefore, MIRAE JSC just announces the parent company’s statements before the merger.
