PET: Investing in “Dung Quat Petro Service Center” Project
Petrovietnam General Service Joint Stock Corporation (PETROSETCO) announces an investment in “Dung Quat Petro Service Center” Project (*) as follows:
* Vietnam Oil and Gas Group assigned PETROSETCO to sponsor for sales of whole products of a factory producing PolyProplyene (PP) pellet. Beside the work, PETROSETCO researched demands of leasing office in 2009-2015. Therefore, PETROSETCO decided to invest in “Dung Quat Petro Service Center” Project with the main items: leasing office, a store of PP pellets, a center of product launch, hotels, restaurants and other items.
* The strategic customers are the great projects in Dung Quat Economic Zone, representative offices, trading offices of institutions, trading companies such as: Dung Quat Oil Refinery, a factory producing PP pellet, Tycoons Vietnam Factory of Taiwan, Doosan-Vina Factory of Korea, a project of Industry Park in ship building, plastic factory and other companies in the zone.
* The first stage of “Dung Quat Petro Service Center” Project will be invested on 11,500m2 land at the East of the Dung Quat service zone including 1,500m2 of leasing office, 2,500m2 of the store of PP pellets and the center of product launch and others with VND19.8 billion of investment capital. In the plan, the project will start in March 2010 and finish after 03 months of construction.
* PETROSETCO will continue the construction the second stage (Next to the first stage) with 10,000m2 area and about VND30 billion of investment capital including items: hotels, restaurants and other services after the Dung Quat Economic Zone finishes land clearance (Expected in 2011).
