2. Inviting auditing company to audit the company’s 2009 financial statements.
3. Notice of record date for a second dividend payment of 2009 to AGM and organization of Annual general meeting of shareholders at the end of Quarter I/2010.
4. Approval of operating plan for 2010.
5. Asking for directions from People committee and Resources Agency for investment in 20 hectare of Clay quarry in Dong Chinh, Phu Giao, Binh Duong.
6. Notice of sale of 4,5 hectare of land at Tan Uyen, and finding new position near the clay quarry to build new factory.
7. Calling for investment in 01 stone grinder machine with capacity 150 tons/hour at Nui Nho stone quarry.
