PVG annnounces the notice of delay in submission of financial statement as follows:

Petrovietnam Nothern Gas JSC applied for delay in submitting the Company’s Quarter IV/2009 Brief financial statement. The delay expires on 03/02/2010. The Company will submit Quarter IV/2009 Brief financial statement at the latest.
