1. As approved by the SSC on 29/01/2010 Kim Eng Viet Nam Securities Joint Stock Company announces the change in charter capital, in which:

- The charter capital before approval: VND 200 billion

- The Company’s new charter capital: VND 300 bilion

2. Kim Eng Viet Nam Securities Joint Stock Company announces that Mrs. Tran Dieu Hong has been appointed the Information Disclosure Officer of the Company with effect since 29/01/2010.
