TLT: Board Resolution
Viglacera Thanglong Ceramic Tiles JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 26/1/2010 as follows:
1. Operating results 2009:
- Total revenue: VND 349,958 mil.
- Profit before tax: VND 1,010 mil.
2. Plan for QI/2010 and the year 2010:
- Revenue: VND 85,454 mil. / 388,712 mil.
- Profit before tax: VND -1,323 mil./ 6,368 mil.
3. Directions for operation in the incoming time:
- Producting high quality products, suitable with market needs.
- Applying methods to decrease production cost.
- Objective is to produce import replacing products and toward export.
- Product quality: More than 85%of the products get A1 level
- Taking advantage of inventories
- Opening showroom in big cities: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh city, Hai Phong
- Increasing selling to big projects, buildings, new urban area, high rise buildings
- Trying to sell out the products in the production period and decrease inventories
- Put forward export
4. Investment for construction and big repair:
- Investment: VND 1.3 bill.
- Big repair: 5.6 bill.
5. Plan to halt production of factory 1 (From 25/1/2010 – 19/2/2010) and 2 (From 1/2/2010 – 19/2/2010).
6. AGM 2010:
- Expected record date: 26/2/2010
- Expected exercise date: 12/3/2010
7. Training and development:
- Sending management staff to MBA training.
