VCC: Explanation for the change of over 5% in operating result in QIV- 2009

According to the Financial Statement Quarter IV/2009, profit before tax of the company is VND 2,069,035,823 a decrease of 42.49% compared to Quarter III/2009. Vinaconex 25 JSC explained as follows:

- Revenue decreased due to bad wheather

- Management cost increased, storm no9 damaged some material, equipment of the company.
