HCC: Notice of record date for Dividend payment
HCC announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:
- Issuer: Hoa Cam Concrete JSC
- Stock code: HCC
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: Common stock
- Record date: 09/02/2010
- Ex-date:
+ For T+3 transactions: 05/02/2010
- Reasons: First Dividend payment 2009 by shares
+ Exercise rate: 20% (Shareholders receive 2 new shares for every 10 shares they own)
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Hoa Cam Concrete JSC on working days . Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of HCC on 08/02; 09/02 and 10/02/2010.
