VC1: Explanation for the change of over 5% in operating result in QIV-2009

According to the Financial Statement Quarter IV/2009, profit is VND 16,968,523,972 with an increase of VND 6,618,509,599 (63%) compared to Quarter IV/2009. Construction JSC No 1  explained the decrease/increase in operating result in QIV/2009 as follows:

- Revenue in QIV-2009 increased VND 3,436,072,549

- Financial expenses decreased VND 374,973,974

- General and administration expenses decreased VND 2,448,173,274

- Other income increased.
