EID: Explanation for the change of over 5% in operating result in QIV- 2009

Hanoi Education Development and Investment JSC explained the decrease in operating result in QIV- 2009 as follows:

- The new term normally begin in QIII every year. So, Revenue and profit in QIV are lower than QIII-2009.
