Bayerische Hypo-und Vereinsbank AG allowed to rename Representative Office
The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No.271/QĐ-NHNN on February 5 to permit the Bayerische Hypo-und Vereinsbank AG to rename its Representative Office in Vietnam.
Accordingly, the SBV Governor acknowledged that the name of Bayerische Hypo-und Vereinsbank AG written in License No.28/GP-VPĐD dated September 21, 2001 would be changed into the UniCredit Bank AG. As a result, the former Representative Office of the Bayyerische Hypo-und Vereinsban AB in Hanoi is now called as the UniCredit Bank AG Hanoi Representative Office.
This Decision takes effect on the date of signing and is an integral part of License No.28/GP-VPĐD of the SBV Governor dated September 21, 2001.
