*  Par value: VND10,000

* Ex-right date: February 22, 2010

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on February 22 & 23, 2009, sellers will not receive the right)

* Record date: February 24, 2010

* Purpose: For the 2009 annual shareholders’ meeting

* Meeting time: March 27, 2010 (In a plan)

* Venue: Labor Recreation Center of Dong Thap Province

* Documents related to the meeting will update on the company’s website: www.domesco.com before 07 days of meeting date.

Viet Nam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for DMC on February 23, 24 & 25, 2010.
