FBT: FBT designated

HOSE has officially decided to designate stock of Ben Tre Forestry and Aquaproduct Import - Export Joint Stock Company (FAQUIMEX) as a warned stock from February 9th, 2010.

Reason: The Company’s profit after tax in 2009 was negative, which violated Term 1.1.b, Article 1, Clause 19a of Decision 04/QD-SGDHCM dated April 17th 2009 and Clause 19 & Section II, Appendix 2 of Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
