VC2: Management Changes

Vietnam Construction JSC No.2 announces the management changes of the company as follows:

- Mr. Tran Dang Loi will not hold Deputy Manager of the company with effect since 20/1/2010

- Mr. Lo Hong Hiep has been appointed the Information Disclosure Officer of the Company in place of Mr Tran Dang Loi with effect since 20/1/2010.

- Change in management titles as follows:

Do Trong Quynh – General Manager

Hoang Ngoc Hai – Deputy General Manager

Pham Van Sinh – Deputy General Manager

Lo Hong Hiep – Deputy General Manager.
