PVX: Management and Head Office Address Change

Petro Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation announces change in the Management Board and Head office address as follows:

1. Head office address change:

- New Head office address: Floor 25, CEO Building, HH2-1 Lot, Pham Hung Street, Tu Liem, Hanoi

2. Management change:

- Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son has  resigned from Chief of Supervisory Board with effect since 20/01/2010.

- Mr. Pham Trung Thuc has  resigned from Member of Supervisory Board with effect since 20/01/2010.

- Mr. Nguyen Van Lai has been appointed Chief of Supervisory Board in place of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son with effect since 20/01/2010.

- Ms. Nguyen Hong Anh has been appointed Member of Supervisory Board in place of Mr. Pham Trung Thuc with effect since 20/01/2010.

- Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son has been appointed Chief Accountant with effect since 20/01/2010.
