DXG: Personnel change

Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Construction Corporation has announced a personnel change as follows:

* Canceling the authorized document issued on November 11, 2009

* As from January 22, 2010, Mr. Nguyen Huu Quang – Finance Director will not be authorized to announce the company’s information.

* As from January 22, 2010, Mr. Luong Tri Thin – Chairman of the BOD and the CEO will be authorized disclosure staff of Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Construction Corporation.
