RIC: Personnel change

Royal International Corporation (ROYAL INTERNATIONAL CORP) has announced a personnel change approved by the BOD on January 08, 2010 as follows:

1. Appointing the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Chinh Nghia – the Chairman of the BOD from the Chairman of the BOD because of his works at Taiwan.

2. Appointing Mr. Do Tri Vy – a former CEO as the Chairman of the BOD to replace Mr. Nguyen Chinh Nghia.

3. Appointing Mr. Duong Khanh Nam - General Sales Manager as the CEO and the Legal Representative to replace Mr. Do Tri Vy.
