DCT: Resolution on personnel changes

The Board of Directors of Dongnai Roofsheet & Construction Material Joint Stock Company (DONAC) unanimously approved the following issues:

- Resignation of Head of Supervisory Board:

Mr. Tran Quoc Khanh resigned from Head of Supervisory Board as of May 16th, 2008.

- Appointment of new Deputy Director General:

Mr. Tran Quoc Khanh was voted DONAC’s Deputy Director General of as of May 16th, 2008.
