SECC: Announcement of receiving application for the grant of license
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia (“SECC”) would like to make a public announcement that from January 15, 2010, SECC commence to receive application for the grant of license as Securities Underwriter, Securities Dealer, Securities Broker, Securities Representative, Investment Advisory Firm and Investment Advisory Representative.
As the number of licenses to be granted is limited, any interested person shall submit the application for license no later than 5:00 pm, 1st March 2010 at Department of Securities Intermediaries Supervision, SECC, located at No. 99 Street 598, Sen Sok District, Phnom Penh. Remark: Only short listed applicants whose qualifications respond to the criteria will be selected. SECC may organize a bidding process, should the number of qualified applicants pass over the limit number of licenses to be granted.
