SDU: Explanation for the change of over 5% in operating result in QIV- 2009

According to the Financial Statement Quarter IV/2009, net income increased VND 2.63 bil compared to Quarter III/2009. Song Da Urban Investment Construction and Development JSC explained the increase in operating result in QIV/ 2008 as follows:

- Realized Quarter III/2009: Sales: VND 52,420,690,254

Net income: VND 19,013,609,199

- Realized Quarter IV/2009: Sales: VND 69,712,558,697

Net income: VND 21,648,105,937

- Investment value of Song Da Hadong Project in Quarter IV increased VND 17,291,868,443 compared to Quarter III/2009, therefore, revenue from the project increased.
