DZM: Explanation for the change of over 5% in operating result in QIV- 2009

Dzi An Manufacturing Public Limited Company explained the increase in operating result in QIV/2009 as follows:

1. Revenue in QIV/2009 is VND 89,990,956,795 with an increase of 39% compared to QIII/2009 because:

- Generator is a seasonal product and the sale of this product increases sharply in  QIV every year.

- Company has to push up the number of sold products to cover the revenue in QI, QII and QIII.

2. Profit before tax in QIV/2009 is VND 8,812,675,418 with an increase of 23% compared to QIII because:

- Revenue increased

- However, Profit in QIV did not increase in the same pace as  revenue because the selling expenditure in QIV is high due to the commission policy.
