S91: Explanation for the change of over 5% in operating result in QIV- 2009

According to the Financial Statement Quarter IV/2009, Profit before tax increased VND 3.07 bil (447.9%) compared to Quarter III/2009. Song Da 9.01 JSC explained the increase in operating result in QIV/ 2008 as follows:

- Sales of the company in Quarter IV/2009 increased 212% compared to Quarter III/2009.

- Financial income of Quarter IV/2009 increased VND 10.17 bil. compared to Quarter III/2009.

- Other incomes haven’t significantly fluctuated compared to Quarter III/2009.
