Prudential Balanced Fund 1 has informed of personnel change as follows:

Basing on the recommendation of Kinh Do Corp. – an investor in Prudential Balanced Fund 1, the Fund Representative Board appointed Mr. Luong Quang Hien as a Member of Fund Representative Board to replace Mr. Tran Le Nguyen as from January 09, 2010.
