TMC: Removal of stock transfer restriction
Thu Duc Trading and Import – Export JSC announces the removal of stock transfer restriction as follows:
Thu Duc Trading and Import – Export JSC was officially listed on Hochiminh Stock Exchange in December 2006. Based on Decree 144/2003/NĐCP, Directors and PDMR of the company committed to hold at least 50% of shares they owned for 3 years. Based on Decree 14/2007/NĐCP issued by the Government, the duration of restriction is reduced to 1 year. Thus, the company would like to announce the removal of transfer restriction on the stocks of the following shareholders:
