KMF: Results of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2009

Mirae Fiber Joint Stock Co has disclosed the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 06/11/2009. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Merger plan and the share conversion rate between Mirae Fiber Joint Stock Co. (KMF) and Mirae JSC (KMR).

- KMF will merge into KRM by transferring all assets, rights , obligations and advantages to KMR

- KMR will issue new shares to exchange 100% of KMF’s shares

- Expected conversion rate: From 1.2 to 1.4 KMR’s share for 1 KMF’s share

- Assigning the Board of Director to decide the conversion rate

2. Assigning the Board of Director to:

- Negotiate and Sign merger contract

- Finish the process of the merger

- Delist KMF’s shares on HNX
