PTS announces the record date for Dividend payment as follows:
- Issuer: HaiPhong Petrolimex Transportation and Services JSC

- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: Common stock
- Record date: 23/11/2009
- Ex-date:
+ For T+3 transactions: 19/11/2009
- Reasons: First Dividend payment 2009
+ Exercise rate: 10% (Shareholders receive VND 1,000 for every share they own)
+ Exercise date: 11/12/2009
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Accounting Division, No. 61, Ngo Quyen Street, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City on working days (from Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
