SAM: Violation of trading treasury stock

Cables and Telecommunications Material Joint Stock Company (SAM: SACOM) sold 200,000 treasury stocks in every day from September 29, 2009 to October 16, 2009. The sold volume in every day was in excess of the allowed volume (maximum 5% of total registered volume).
