Binhdinh Minerals Company (BMC) announces the record date to pay the second dividend of 2009 in cash:
* Stock symbol: BMC
* Stock type: Common stock
* Par value: VND 10,000
* Ex-right date: 25 November 2009
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on 25 &26 November 2009, sellers will not receive the right.)
* Record date: 27 November 2009
* Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)
* Payment date: 14 December 2009

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Binhdinh Minerals Company (11 Ha Huy Tap St, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province)
Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for BMC on 26, 27 & 30 November 2009.
