HOSE announces the record date for the first dividend payment in 2009 of Minh Phu Seafood Joint Stock Company (MPC: MINH PHU SEAFOOD CORP.) as follows:

* Stock type             : Common stock

* Par value                : VND10,000

* Ex-right date           : November 20, 2009

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on November 20 & 23, 2009, sellers will not receive the right)

* Record date             : November 24, 2009

* Purpose                   : Paying the first dividend in 2009

* Exercise ratio           : 14% / par value (VND1,400 / share)

* Payment date           : December 18, 2009

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At MINH PHU SEAFOOD CORP. as from December 18, 2009.
