GMC: Supplementing a purpose for the last record date

HOSE announces the record date for the second dividend payment in 2009 of Saigon Garment Manufacturing Trade Joint Stock Company (GARMEX) as follows:

* Stock symbol : GMC

* Stock type     : Common stock

* Par value       : VND10,000

* Ex-right date  : November 26, 2009

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on November 26 & 27, 2009, sellers will not receive the right)

* Record date  : November 30, 2009

* Purpose: Collecting shareholders’ agreements by letters for the 2009 dividend adjustment from 12% to 22%

* Time for the ballot : From December 10 to December 15, 2009

Vietnam Securities Depository – HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend deposit activity for GMC on November 27, 30 and December 01, 2009.
