MSN: The record date for balloting shareholders

Ma San Group Corporation announced the record date for balloting shareholders as follows:

* Stock symbol:   MSN

* Stock type:       common stock

* Par value:          VND10,000

* Ex-right date:     26 November 2009

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on 26 & 27 November 2009, sellers will not receive the right.)

* Record date:      30 November 2009

* Purpose: to ballot shareholders in writing on issuing new shares to strategic partners through a private placement to under 100 investors. The maximum issue volume is 12,000,000 common shares.

* Time to sent, receive and collect ballots will be noticed latter.

Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for MSN on 27, 30 November 2009 & 01 December 2009.
