S91: Board Resolution
Song Da 9.01 JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 19/10/2009 as follows:
1. Operating results of Quarter III/2009:
- Production: VND 11.958 bil. (105% of the quarter III plan)
- Revenue: VND 10.489 bil. (36% of the quarter III plan)
- Payables to the State: VND 730,387,000 (43% of the quarter III plan)
- Profit before tax: VND 822,648,000 bil. (62% of the quarter III plan)
- Money transferred to the Company’s account: VND 9.706 bil. (40% of the quarter III plan)
- Average income: VND 2,551,000/month (73% of the quarter III plan)
2. Plan for Quarter IV/2009.
3. Investment plan:
- Stimulate the progress of mechanical repairing workshop construction project at Gia Lai, to be completed and get into use in Quarter IV 2009.
- Planning for the acquisition of land for the construction of company head office in Da Nang City.
- Aggressively looking for feasible projects, sub-projects, small hydroelectric power plants; contact with functional authorities for early approval.
4. Human resources plan:
- Renovation of company structure and human resources policy.
- Offsite training and recruitment of qualified and skillful officer, worker to meet the human resources requirements for operation.
- Strict supervision of labor safety and sanitation, support for employees’ families with difficulties.
5. Solutions to achieve the Quarter IV plan:
- Renewal of the capital collection, debt recovery procedures. Focus all resources for the acceptance of works, record the settlement of constructions have been completed.
- Executing of the construction in pursuant to the technical management procedures and regulations of the company.
- Reviewing and adjusting the progress of constructions, plan optimal construction methods to save costs.
- Preparing the estimates for constructions and actively participate in bidding, looking for opportunities to expand the business.
- Training to improve employees’ knowledge and operational skills.
